For online returns please email info@piperandoak.com to initiate your return request.

You may also return in person to our studio, located in Ingersoll, ON. Please note, studio is open Fridays & Saturdays only. 

We offer a 14 day return from the date your order was shipped.  Refund will be received to the original method of payment. Returned items must be in new & sellable condition, and we reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policy.

Please note that SALE, Vintage, Custom Orders, Books, Jewellery, and Holiday items as well as shipping & handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.
