Maya Brenner Jewellery FAQ
All of our jewellery collections are final sale. If for any reason an in stock MB necklace or bracelet is not the right size or correct letter or birthstone, we offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase accompanied with all original packaging and receipt. If you have placed a special order with us for your necklace or bracelet, it is final sale, with no exchanges.
Repairs:
Our Maya Brenner pieces are meant to be loved & lived in. However, her pieces are dainty and delicate, and therefore breakage may occur.
We're happy to repair any Maya Brenner necklace purchased through our website or in person at our boutique within 3 months of purchase due to a manufacturing flaw. If it is deemed by our customer service that damage is due to misuse, or 3 months have passed from receipt of purchase, a fee will apply. Our standard repair fee is $35 plus HST.
All jewellery repairs must be approved by our customer service team. You can get started by sending us an email with photos of your necklace or bracelet, along with your contact info to info@piperandoak.com and one of our associates will be in touch. Or visit our boutique in person with your jewellery item.
Repair time frame is generally 1-2 weeks.
Caring for your Maya Brenner Piece:
Maya’s 14k gold jewellery is meant to be loved and lived in. Which is why her collection is so beloved here at piper & oak. It can be worn in the shower, pool and while working out. As gold is naturally a soft material, chains can relax or “stretch” over time or when tugged. We do recommend removing your jewellery when there is risk of it being pulled.
Multiple Letters:
As a stockist of Maya’s we are only permitted to carry and sell single Letter or Birthstone Necklaces & Bracelets. With that being said, a great option is to purchase with us and then at anytime you may add a letter or 2 or 3 through Maya Brenner’s boutique directly. This is part of Maya’s Add-a-Letter-Boutique.
To add extra letters or charms to your 14k gold necklace or bracelet, please visit mayabrenner.com and click on the Add-a-Letter-Boutique option. Once you have completed your Add-a-Letter requirements, Maya’s team will take it from there!
